Shipping & Returns
Australian Shipping Information
Sequoia will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For a smooth procedure, please ensure you supply us with the correct shipping address, email, and phone number.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia post with tracking included in postage costs. Shipping is a flat rate of $10AUD. Orders over $50AUD include free shipping (Code: FREESHIPPING).
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are one-of-a kind.
International Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via (Australia Post/International Post). Shipping is a flat rate of $30AUD.
Please note: International orders can take up to 1–3 weeks to arrive after they have shipped, since all orders must pass through customs. Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s and duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties and taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery from and Sequoia is charged for return of the parcel, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fee’s prior to completing your purchase.

All requests for returns must be received within 14 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in as-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
Please take note that we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is broken.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
